Executive Administrative Assistant

Purpose:    

It will help you identify people who can handle high level clerical / administrative responsibilities (i.e., demanding technical assignments, handling important visitors / gate-keeping, etc.)   People going into this position will function at a professional level.   

About the Test:   

This test battery has four parts (1) an untimed Grammar & Spelling test, (2) a 7 minute perceptual speed and accuracy test, (3) a 135 question personality inventory, and (4) a 44 item untimed aptitude test that covers verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning.  This test could easily take 1.5 to 2 hours although it will vary from person to person because three of the four parts are untimed.

What the Report Gives You:   

Graphical display of scores, explanation of aptitude results, list of Strengths and Developmental Concerns, and Suggested Interview Questions.
